Founded in 2023 by Carli Rackley, Rackley Attorneys began as a bold vision to offer clear, compassionate legal guidance rooted in excellence and integrity. Starting from a modest office in N1 City, the firm quickly built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and a deeply client-focused approach. As our client base grew, so did our team—leading us to our current home in Century City, Cape Town.

Carli is the visionary behind Rackley Attorneys. With a BCom LLB and a specialisation in conveyancing, she provides comprehensive legal services with a focus on property law and civil litigation. Carli is passionate about client relationships and thrives on helping individuals navigate complex legal matters with clarity and care.

Melandre Janse van Rensburg

Legal Professional

Melandre is a skilled and dependable member of our legal team. Armed with an LLB and hands-on experience as both a legal secretary and candidate attorney, she brings practical insight and dedication to every matter she handles—especially within our litigation work.

Lelane De Villiers

Conveyancing Secretary

With over 20 years of experience, Lelane is a cornerstone of our conveyancing department. Her extensive knowledge of property transfers ensures that our clients’ transactions are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to smooth outcomes and peace of mind.

Mbuyisi Dlomo

Candidate Attorney

A seasoned former SARS tax investigator, Mbuyisi brings 16 years of expertise in forensic investigations and tax matters. With BCom Law and LLB degrees from UNISA, he is currently completing his practical training as he works toward becoming an admitted attorney.
